Chris O'Halloran has held several senior positions over the last seventeen years, gaining experience and a reputation for fine food.  

Prior to becoming Head Chef at the Inn he spent time training at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, Raymond Blanc's renowned Hotel near Oxford, which has influenced our style of cuisine whilst utilising the very best of local produce.
